I am really excited about this EVP. What we hear is “Shell Blocked, I cant leave”. Shell block is another way to refer to limestone, which the whole area is built on. Nicolette Island gave St.Anthony all of its Limestone, and housed a tunnel from east to west bank which collapsed. Perhaps this spirit was one of the souls connected to this tunnel.
